Doug Fichter

Doug Fichter has over 23 years of work experience in various financial and consulting roles. Doug is currently serving as the SVP Finance and VP Business Development at Compana Pet Brands since January 2021.

Prior to this, Doug worked at Edgewell Personal Care from October 2017 to January 2021, where they held the positions of Sr Director of Commercial Finance and Director of Corporate Development and M&A.

From January 2016 to October 2017, Doug was the Chief Financial Partner at The Omnia Group, LLC.

Doug also has extensive experience at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they worked from October 2009 to December 2015. During their tenure, they held various director-level positions in FP&A, Revenue Strategy, M&A, and Business Cycle.

Before joining Anheuser-Busch InBev, Doug worked at Anheuser-Busch from May 2003 to October 2009, where they were involved in FP&A, Corporate Planning & Development, and Business Development.

Doug started their career as a Strategic Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis from August 2001 to May 2003, providing Cash Management consulting to the U.S. Treasury.

Doug began their professional journey as a Senior Consultant at EY, where they worked from June 1998 to August 2001.

Doug Fichter has a Master of Science degree in Finance from Saint Louis University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Doug also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, obtained in January 2012, and is a CFA Charterholder, which they obtained from the CFA Institute in September 2005.
