Jolyne Caruso-FitzGerald is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in wealth management and impact investing. Currently serving as Strategic Advisor at Manna Tree, Jolyne provides strategic guidance on distribution strategies within global wealth management and independent RIA channels. As Chair of the Board of Directors at Align Impact, Jolyne focuses on developing impact investing strategies with diverse stakeholders. Jolyne's previous roles include Divisional Vice Chairman at UBS, where leadership encompassed the Family Office Consultant business, and Founder and CEO of The Alberleen Group, which specialized in direct investments with a focus on environmental and social impact. Jolyne's earlier career includes leadership positions at Lehman Brothers, Andor Capital Management, JP Morgan Securities, and Bear Stearns.
