Christopher Copeland, PE, is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Civil Municipal Group Manager at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. since October 2014, Christopher has also held roles as Project Manager and Design Engineer. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Civil Engineer at Richard L.
