Lucia Li serves as the Joint Acting Heads of Effectiveness at MG OMD since January 2019, previously holding the positions of Effectiveness Business Director and Effectiveness Director for OmniGOV. Key responsibilities include KPI setting, full campaign evaluations, providing in-campaign insights, and managing the Effectiveness team while collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize campaigns. Before MG OMD, Lucia worked at Ebiquity plc from July 2014 to December 2018, where a role as Senior Effectiveness Consultant involved leading project management and enhancing client relationships in the FMCG/Retail sector. Lucia also has experience as a Senior Analyst and a Graduate Analyst at IPG Mediabrands from November 2011 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Finance from Regent's University London and a Master of Science in Global Banking and Finance from EBS Paris - European Business School. Proficient in R and Eviews for data analytics, Lucia has a strong background in data-driven marketing effectiveness.
