Andrew Day is the current Chief Executive Officer at Manningham Council. Andrew has previously worked as the Director of Social Development for Moreland City Council from February 2011 to May 2015. From January 2005 to December 2010, they served as the Acting General Manager for Community Wellbeing at Maribyrnong City Council.
