Ulfat Hussain

Ulfat is Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Operations of Manningham Housing Association. He has specific responsibility for the delivery of housing management, maintenance, and asset management services, as well as the strategic lead for HR, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ulfat has over 18 years of senior management experience at both small and large housing associations. He Is a board member at Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, has a degree in Housing Studies, a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and is qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner. In 2019, he was second in 24 Housing Magazine’s “40 over 40” list. Ulfat was instrumental in Manningham HA receiving Customer Service Excellence status and becoming the first housing association in the country to be officially accredited for its work in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
