Hilary Wallin

Hilary Wallin is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in sales training, customer experience, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Commercial Sales Training and Development leader at Mannington Commercial since August 2023, Hilary focuses on fostering new sales team members' enthusiasm and supporting the growth of existing associates. Previously, at Tarkett from August 2014 to August 2023, Hilary held multiple roles, including Customer Experience Lead, where a unified messaging strategy was implemented to enhance customer satisfaction, and Associate Product Manager for Soft Surface, managing product launches and facilitating communication across teams. Earlier experience includes serving as Campus Event Coordinator at Dalton State College, managing a significant event budget and coordinating numerous events annually. Hilary possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and an Associate of Arts in Communication Studies, both from Dalton State College.
