Latika Hickey

Latika Hickey serves as the Executive Director for Strategic Partnerships, Advocacy & Policy at MannKind Corporation, where responsibilities include enhancing relationships with patient advocacy organizations, policymakers, and key opinion leaders to prioritize patient voices. Previously, Latika held the position of Global Head of Patient & Professional Advocacy at Rocket Pharmaceuticals, focusing on patient-first strategies and innovative initiatives. Latika's experience also includes roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where advocacy partnerships in oncology and multi-channel management efforts were emphasized, and a position on the Eliquis Launch Team. Early career experience includes a sales and marketing internship at Eli Lilly and Company. Latika holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
