Alexandra Gorshkova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in performance marketing and digital advertising. Before that, from 2007 to 2012, they obtained a Specialist degree in Museology/Museum Studies and Protection of Cultural Heritage from Saint Petersburg State University. In 2011, they briefly studied Filosofía y Letras as an Alumna Visitante at Univedsidad de Cádiz.

In 2023, they obtained the Google Ads Apps Certification from Skillshop and the Google Ads Search Certification from both Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) and Skillshop. Alexandra also completed the Google Ads Specialization through thePower Business School in 2022. In terms of language proficiency, they achieved an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 7.5 in 2011 and obtained the Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) from Instituto Cervantes in the same year.
