Carla Murano

Carla Murano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Learning Manager at ManoMano since August 2017. At ManoMano, Carla has held multiple roles, including Senior HR Project Manager and People Operation Specialist, contributing to the company's rapid growth from 2 to 270 employees. Carla is a founding member of The L&D Collective since October 2021 and previously worked as a Legal Manager at Planter's Cosmetica Naturale and as a lawyer at Gaspari - Montanari law firm.
