Tanya Marley

Tanya Marley is the Head of Operations and hold responsibility for Facilities, Health & Safety, ICT and Reception.

Tanya joined Manor Green School in April 2015. Tanya has been working in facilities for 18 years, having started her facilities' career in a large facilities' management company working for the Ministry of Defence. Following 15 years in that sector, Tanya worked as Facilities' Manager for a further education establishment, before joining Manor Green School as facilities manager, and took on the role as Operations' Manager in 2017.
