Shani Sadi Rabiner

Shani Sadi Rabiner currently serves as the Director of Executive Recruitment at Manpower Israel since October 2025. Prior to this role, Shani worked as the Human Resource Information System Manager at Central Bottling Company Israel Ltd from June 2023 to October 2025, and as HR Manager and Head of the Recruitment Department at Clal Insurance from January 2021 to July 2023. Shani also held the position of HR Manager at Meuhedet Health Services from 2017 to 2020 and has experience as an Account Executive and Human Resources & Recruiting Specialist at HP from February 2009 to 2017. Shani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from The Open University between 2008 and 2011.
