Aleksandra Biel is a seasoned talent acquisition consultant at Manpower Polska since March 2022, with a strong background in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and client engagement. Previously, Aleksandra held positions as a junior talent acquisition consultant and intern in temporary recruitment, showcasing expertise in various sourcing methods and project management in the end-to-end recruitment model. Before joining Manpower, Aleksandra served as an office administrator at RB ZONE S.C. and a shift manager at AmRest, where responsibilities included administrative tasks, product management, and ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Aleksandra holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and Human Capital Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Wroclaw.
