Malwina Kucharska

Malwina Kucharska has extensive experience in recruitment processes and human resources support. Malwina currently holds a position as an OnSite Solution Manager at Manpower Polska, where Malwina is responsible for overseeing recruitment processes and building long-term relationships with candidates and employees. Prior to this, Malwina worked as a Senior Business Consultant, handling key clients and leading recruitment projects for various positions. Malwina also has a background in economics and management, with both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Lodz.
