Loretta Guerra

Loretta Guerra is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources sector. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at ManpowerGroup since March 2022, Loretta previously held positions at SDI Element Logic and Delmar International Inc. as a Recruiter and Sr Recruiter, respectively. Prior to that, Loretta worked at Adecco as a Recruiter and Outside Sales Representative, where responsibilities included conducting interviews and developing client accounts. Earlier experience includes roles at Tradesmen International, managing job orders and coaching employees, as well as an HR Intern position at PeopleShare. Loretta holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Pace University and an A.A.S. from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
