Richard Buchband

Richard Buchband has been SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at ManpowerGroup since 2014. Prior to that, they were with Milwaukee Art Museum, ManpowerGroup and Textura Corporation. Buchband was with Accenture plc from 2006 to 2011 where they served as Partner and Associate General Counsel – Corporate Matters and Corporate Secretary. In this role, they were responsible for all corporate governance practices for the company and advised the CEO and Board of Directors on various matters. Buchband has also been involved in key corporate events such as Accenture’s reincorporation from Bermuda to Ireland and numerous finance and capital markets transactions.

Richard Buchband has an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. Richard is also certified by the NACD in Directorship and Board Leadership.

Richard Buchband reports to Jonas Prising, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Frits Scholte - SVP, Global Head of Sales, Riccardo Barberis - Regional President, Northern Europe, and Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic - Chief Talent Scientist.
