Kathryn Welch

Kathryn Welch, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as the Director of Program Management at MANSCAPED, overseeing IT and full stack web development program requirements while possessing expertise in various business systems including MongoDB and Google Analytics. Prior to this role, Kathryn held senior project management positions at Investis Digital and Young Living Essential Oils, where responsibilities included training project managers, managing project performance, and leading creative service teams. With a robust background in project management across diverse industries, Kathryn has demonstrated success in increasing company sales and improving operational efficiencies. Kathryn holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Communications and a Bachelor's Degree in History, Graphic Design, and Communication Studies from Southern Utah University.
