Jon Fleming McLaren

Jon Fleming McLaren has extensive experience in leadership and management within the outdoor recreation and community services sectors. Currently serving in admissions and outreach at Mansfield Hall since July 2022 and as a licensed realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since August 2020, McLaren's background includes significant roles such as Executive Director of Camp Minikani for the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, where management of a $3.1 million operating budget was a key responsibility. Previous positions include Director of Special Programs at New Vision Wilderness, where trauma-informed care and wilderness therapy were central to the mission, and various community recreation management roles across multiple cities. McLaren holds a Master's Degree in Outdoor Recreation Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
