Roxanne DeCosmo

Roxanne DeCosmo has over 20 years of work experience in the fashion industry. Roxanne began their career in 1999 as a Fabric & Merchandising Coordinator for Phi (Susan Dell Inc). In 2003, they became a Merchandising & Sales Associate for Generra. Roxanne then moved to PVH in 2004, where they worked as a Sourcing Associate for Calvin Klein. In 2005, they joined Marc Jacobs as a Merchandiser, RTW and was later promoted to Merchandising Manager, RTW and then to Director of Merchandising, RTW. In 2011, they joined Tory Burch as the Director of Merchandising, Handbags & Accessories. Roxanne then moved to rag & bone in 2013, where they held the same role. In 2016, they became a Consultant for The Frye Company, and in 2017, they became a Consultant for FEED Projects. In 2018, Roxanne joined kate spade new york as the Senior Director of Merchandising, RTW. Roxanne currently holds the role of Chief Merchandising Officer at Mansur Gavriel.

Roxanne DeCosmo graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Photography.
