Thomas Koniordos

Thomas Koniordos is a seasoned executive with significant experience in strategic leadership and transformation within various industries. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Manta Marine Technologies since September 2019, Koniordos is focused on transitioning the company to a technology provider for a greener maritime sector. As a Partner at Oslo Venture Company since October 2020, Koniordos is involved in funding and commercializing early-stage startups. Previously, Koniordos held the position of SVP and Head of Business Line Environmental Solutions at Yara International, overseeing several business units related to transportation and maritime sectors. Koniordos also served at Danfoss Industry from August 2001 to May 2015, where a series of leadership roles included Senior Vice President and Global Head of Industrial Automation, focusing on company strategy, sales, and R&D. An earlier position included Head of Sector at Transfer Centrum Wildemann Consulting, contributing to numerous consulting projects. Koniordos holds advanced degrees from the Technical University of Munich.
