Jakub Moravec

Jakub Moravec has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jakub began their career as a Data Warehouse Developer at EOS KSI Czech Republic, where they implemented ETLs and created reports using Oracle database and Pentaho data integration tools. Jakub then worked as a Web Developer at Algoritmus Úspěchu, where they designed and implemented a web application for e-learning videos using the PHP framework Laravel.

In 2011, Jakub joined Smíchovská střední průmyslová škola as an Intranet Developer & Administrator. Jakub helped develop and administer the school's intranet system, known as +4U. Jakub continued in this role until 2017.

In 2015, Jakub joined Profinit as a Junior consultant. Jakub contributed to the development of a single-page ReactJS web application for a corporate bank, specifically working on the Java Spring back-end. Jakub later worked on a data warehouse solution using Teradata, which calculated commissions based on the outputs from the application and other data sources.

Currently, Jakub is working at Manta as a Software Engineer. Jakub previously held roles as a Software Architect and is now a Product Manager. The specific dates for these roles have not been provided, but they have been with the company since 2018.

Jakub Moravec began their education in 2013 at Czech Technical University in Prague, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Jakub completed this program in 2016. Subsequently, in 2017, Jakub enrolled in the same university to obtain an Engineer's degree in Software Engineering, which they accomplished in 2018.
