Bill Peyton

Bill Peyton is an experienced capture and program manager with a strong background in developing systems engineering, cyber, and enterprise IT solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. Currently serving as a Capture Manager at ManTech, Bill previously held similar roles at AMERICAN SYSTEMS and Perspecta. With extensive experience at Vencore and CACI International Inc., Bill has successfully managed a range of IDIQ contract vehicles and task orders. Bill’s military service in the US Navy Reserves included leadership roles that involved overseeing cryptologic operations, further highlighting a robust capability in intelligence analysis and production. Bill holds a BS degree from The Wharton School, an MS in Computer Science from James Madison University, and an MSEE from the Naval Postgraduate School.
