Cecilia Becerra

Cecilia Becerra, PHR, MS, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ManTech, Cecilia has previously held roles such as Talent Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Buchanan & Edwards, Inc., and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at both Paragon Systems Inc and BRAVO! Group Services. Early in their career, Cecilia gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Assistant and a Majority/Congressional Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Human Development from the University of Maryland, as well as a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
