Eugene Bailey

Eugene (Gene) Bailey is a seasoned technology and leadership professional with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as the Navy Technical Director at ManTech since February 2024, Gene previously held the role of Program Director for the NAVWAR portfolio at Peraton. Gene's prior positions include Chief Information Officer and Director of C4 Systems at the United States Naval Special Warfare Command, and Chief of Staff for the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center. With a solid background in telecommunications, network operations, and cybersecurity, Gene has successfully managed diverse teams and complex technology environments across various military commands, including U.S. Forces Japan and Expeditionary Strike Group TWO. Gene holds a Master of Science in Government Information Leadership from the National Defense University and a Master of Arts in National Security from the U.S. Naval War College.
