Grace Chen

Grace Chen has over 15 years of extensive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) within the cybersecurity domain. Currently serving as a Governance Risk & Compliance specialist for ManTech's Chief Security Office since 2018, Grace provides strategic guidance on enterprise-wide cyber risk management and compliance processes. Previous roles include Emerging Technology Risk Director at Science in Motion Co., where innovations in Adaptive Robotics and IoT governance were emphasized; Senior Program Manager at Accenture overseeing critical cybersecurity initiatives; and various management positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on IT risk assurance and security controls across multiple regions. Grace holds an M.B.A. in Information Systems from the City University of Seattle and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto.
