Larry Bittner

Larry Bittner is an experienced professional in readiness and sustainment management, currently serving as the Executive Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at ManTech since December 2021. Prior to this role, Larry held several positions at Gryphon Technologies, Inc from 2005 to December 2021, including Division Manager for Readiness & Sustainment, Director of Norfolk Operations, and Program Manager. Larry holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School (1990-1992) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University (1979-1983).
