Mark Carlascio

Mark Carlascio, MBA, currently serves as the Lead Proposal Analyst at ManTech, providing mission-driven technology solutions across Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian sectors. With extensive experience in proposal management, Mark has previously held positions as Proposal Manager at Witt O'Brien's, where multiple competitive proposals were managed, and at Pratt & Whitney, where proposal teams were led for significant engine programs. Mark also served in roles at Belcan and UTC Aerospace Systems, focusing on developing compliant proposals and coordinating supplier accounts, respectively. Additionally, Mark has a background in communications and legislative research, having interned with the State of Connecticut. Mark holds an MBA in Marketing Management and a BS in Political Science and Government, both from Southern Connecticut State University.
