Caroline Henshaw

Caroline Henshaw is the current Head of People & Culture at Mantel Group. Caroline has extensive experience in Human Resources, having previously worked as the Head of People and Culture for University Services at the University of Melbourne, and as Head of People & Performance- Tax and Legal Services at Deloitte. Caroline has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Outplacement Consultant at Hudson.

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, Caroline Henshaw undertook a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources at AHRI.

Their manager is Con Mouzouris, CEO. They are on a team with Daniel Bradby - CTO, Russell Hunter - CEO, Cuusoo, and Heath Walker - Head of Marketing & Communications.
