James Hayes

James Hayes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and data-driven solutions. Currently serving as a Partner at Mantel Group since August 2022, James leverages a network of over 250 data professionals to enhance data experiences. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Aginic since September 2017, James implemented innovative problem-solving strategies through Agile and Design Thinking, delivering impactful data solutions. Earlier roles include leading Agile transformations at Marks and Spencer and MOO, as well as delivering coaching and support across various organizations such as Sky, Suncorp, and SMS Management & Technology. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of York, James displays a robust blend of technical knowledge and leadership in driving organizational change.
