Balaji Vijayshankar is an experienced equestrian professional currently serving as Partner and Chief Instructor at Surge Stable with Mantena Group since April 2023. Previously, Balaji held the position of Chief Instructor at Doblin's Equestrian Center from March 2020 to March 2023 and was the Chief Equestrian Instructor at La Pegasus Polo Center between December 2018 and March 2020. Balaji's extensive background in equestrian training also includes a tenure at Embassy International Riding School in India from April 2009 to March 2020.
