Lyndon Saldanha

Lyndon Saldanha has over 20 years of extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Manthan Systems since May 2007, where prior tenure included the role of Director of Human Resources. Previous positions encompass leadership in people processes at Kanbay, India from 2005 to 2007; serving as Human Resources Leader for South Asia, SEA, and ANZ at GE Health Care - IT from 2003 to 2005; and the role of Associate Director of Human Resources at Orbit-e Consulting from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Lyndon Saldanha worked as a Human Resources Manager for South East Asia and Europe at Mastech Corporation and Mascot Systems between 1997 and 2001.
