Alina Ludwig, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management. Alina is currently employed as a Senior Project Manager at Mantis Innovation since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Kramer Consulting as a Project Manager from November 2019 to May 2021.

Alina also gained valuable experience at Unity Logistics & Supply Services, where they served as a Project Manager for Business Development. During their time there from an undisclosed start date to November 2019, they played a crucial role in establishing operations in Romania and coordinating proposal development for contracts.

From an undisclosed start date to 2014, they worked at DXB International LLC as the Deputy Director of Operations. In this role, Alina supported Operation Enduring Freedom by directing new business ventures and overseeing contract operations, supply chain, and project processes.

In 2006, Alina joined Unity Logistics & Supply Services as a Project Manager, where they managed government construction projects worth $35M and served as the lead for government service and construction contracts worth over $20M.

Prior to that, they worked as a Project Coordinator at TWI, supporting over 400 US military and civilian personnel with life-support services.

Alina Ludwig, PMP has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hyperion University Bucharest. Alina obtained this degree from 2013 to 2016. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they completed a certification as a Registered Nurse from the Ministry of Health and Family Post University Training in 1999. Alina also attended Constantin Noica Medical University from 1989 to 1993, although the specific degree name and field of study are unknown.

In addition to their education, Alina has obtained certifications in Construction Quality Management (CQM) from the US Army Corps of Engineers in August 2020 and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in September 2019.
