Danielle Gianino

Danielle Gianino has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as the Senior Director of Business Operations and Analytics at Mantis Innovation since October 2019. In this position, they are responsible for utilizing data and analysis to develop business insights, streamline strategic initiatives, and optimize performance.

Prior to this, Danielle worked at Wayfair from February 2018 to October 2019 as a Senior Category Manager. In this role, they were in charge of developing and executing the small electrics category plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Danielle also focused on sourcing product, strengthening supplier relationships, and identifying sales and operational opportunities.

Before their time at Wayfair, Danielle held various positions at Patriot Energy Group. From February 2017 to February 2018, they served as the Senior Director of Operational Excellence, where they led the transformation and refinement of business operations and sales processes. From April 2009 to February 2017, they served as the Director of Commodity Services, overseeing back-office operations and focusing on product development and increasing revenue. Additionally, they were a Branch Manager from December 2007 to April 2009, where they built and managed Patriot's satellite sales operation. Danielle also held roles as Sales Manager, Senior Commercial Account Executive, and Commercial Account Executive, where they focused on increasing revenue and building customer relationships.

In terms of professional affiliations, Danielle was a member of the Sales Enablement Society from February 2017 to February 2018, an organization founded by sales and marketing professionals in the Washington, D.C. area.

Danielle Gianino obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Business Concentration from Assumption University. Danielle attended the university from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Six Sigma - Yellow Belt in February 2017.
