Kimberly Lauber started their work experience in 2009 as a Marketing Intern at Swirl Integrated Marketing. Kimberly then moved on to work at Crittenton Women's Union as a Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) Intern. In 2011, they joined John Hancock Mutual Funds, LLC. as a Financial Services Intern and later as a Fulfillment/Operations Intern. In 2012, they began their career at J.P. Morgan, initially participating in their Corporate Development Program and later becoming a Client Relationship Manager / Banker. In 2020, they joined Salesforce as an Account Executive, specializing in Financial Services. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Upstart as an Account Executive, focusing on Lending Partnerships. Currently, they are working at MANTL as a Strategic Growth - Enterprise Account Executive.

Kimberly Lauber obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science and Communications from Boston College. Kimberly also attended Freie Universität Berlin in 2010 to study International Studies, EU Law, and German Language. Before that, they completed their high school education at Notre Dame High School from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued General Education with APs and Honors Courses. In addition, Kimberly had an extensive education in music at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music from 1995 to 2008, specializing in Classical Piano and Classical Voice. Kimberly further achieved certifications such as the Series 63 and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in December 2014.
