Adrien Amsellem

Adrien Amsellem is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Founder of A-squared Talent since February 2022, providing expertise to mission-driven companies and DAOs in technology, gaming, web3, and HR tech. Adrien is also the Director of Talent at Windranger Labs, head of talent at Mantle Network, and a core contributor to Game7, all roles focused on advancing innovative organizational structures within the web3 ecosystem. Previously, Adrien held significant positions at Improbable, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Head of Talent Operations, where responsibilities encompassed global talent strategies across regions. Earlier experience includes recruitment roles at Stott and May, and coaching young talent in an academy supported by Chelsea FC. Adrien's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from Brunel University London.
