Carina Barbosa Costa

Carina Barbosa Costa has extensive work experience in finance and auditing. Carina is currently the Head of Finance at the company MANUAL since March 2023. Previously, they served as the CFO and Co-Founder at Me Escuta from November 2022 to March 2023. Carina also worked as the Global Finance Manager at Rock Content from August 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Finance Manager at Sympla from November 2019 to March 2021. Carina has also worked as a Master Analyst at Aliança Energia from May 2018 to October 2019. Carina started their career at EY, where they served as an Audit Manager from October 2016 to April 2018 and as an Audit Senior from November 2010 to October 2016. Carina began their professional journey as a Junior Consultant at UFMG Consultoria Jr. from September 2006 to January 2008. Throughout their career, Carina has gained experience in financial analysis, accounting closing processes, audit work, internal control assessment, and revenue recognition criteria.

Carina Barbosa Costa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2010. Carina then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade FUMEC - Oficial, which they completed in 2015. Prior to their university education, Carina attended Colégio Marista Dom Silvério from 1992 to 2005.
