Els van de Roye

Els Van de Roye currently serves as the Global Quality and Sustainability Manager at Manuchar, a role held since April 2022, and as the Chairwoman of the circular economy and ESG committee at BACD Belgium since January 2024. With extensive experience in quality management and compliance, previous positions include Director of Compliance, Opex, and Continuous Improvement at gategroup, and various leadership roles at LSG Group focused on Lean, Quality, and Food Safety. Early career experiences include working as a QA assistant at Gate Gourmet. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Nutrition from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen and a Master Class in Quality Management from Antwerp International Business School, alongside studies at Universiteit Leuven.
