Created in 1964 by Manuel and Alice Salazar. Their desire to serve the community with a friendly atmosphere and to serve their guest with the finest quality Mexican food still holds true today as much as it did the first day they opened. As the family grew, so did the amount of restaurants and today all the restaurants are owned and operated by three generations of Salazars.
