Andrea Bierer is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Director at DBC Remodeling & Construction since October 2020. In addition, Andrea holds positions as a member of the Board of Directors for GEN-D, LLC, and as an instructor for the Manufacturer & Business Association, focusing on communications, marketing, and leadership training. Previously, Andrea served as the Associate Director of Community Outreach at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, and as Community Action Plan Coordinator at Mercyhurst University, where involvement included coordinating initiatives to address youth and family issues in the Erie community. Additionally, Andrea has extensive experience managing Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) funded highway safety grants across multiple counties through roles with the Central PA Highway Safety Network and the Northwest Regional Highway Safety Network. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Cedarville University in 2000.
