Mike Grengs

Mike Grengs is an experienced consultant and trainer specializing in Lean tools and implementation, with a longstanding affiliation with Manufacturers Alliance since January 2003. Prior to this role, Mike held significant positions at Honeywell Aerospace, serving as both Honeywell Operating System Process Leader and Site Leader, where responsibilities included implementing a lean enterprise solution across North American sites and leading the system's deployment at the Plymouth location. Mike's earlier career included leadership roles at SGI as Senior Marketing Program Manager, Atlas Manufacturing as Director of Operations, and Ciprico as Director of Operations and Corporate Quality, showcasing a strong background in operations management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota.
