Cindy Rude

Cindy Rude has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Cindy started their career at Citi in 1991, where they worked as a Vice President and Branch and Sales Manager for the Santa Fe Springs and Downey Financial Center. In this role, they managed all branch operations and led a team of 13 employees. Cindy implemented innovative sales and marketing programs that resulted in a 15% margin growth quarter over quarter. Cindy received multiple awards for their outstanding performance, including Top Producing Branch and Top Revenue Generation Office. Cindy worked at Citi until 2001.

In 2000, Cindy joined Manufacturers Bank as a VP and Area Manager for the Encino and Woodland Hill branches. Finally, in 2013, Cindy became the SVP and Group Manager in the Business Banking Division at Manufacturers Bank. Cindy developed a growth strategy for specialty markets in the Los Angeles Metro, South Bay, Orange County, and San Diego regions. Cindy led a team of 11 area managers, sales officers, and support teams. Cindy also oversaw market research and industry trends and ensured compliance with budget and policies.
