Donna Keatley

Donna Keatley has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Donna most recently worked at Manufacturers Bank as the SVP/Executive Director, Marketing and Communications Compliance Officer. Prior to that, they served as the SVP, Director of Marketing Compliance at KeyBank and Laurel Road. Donna also worked at Wells Fargo as the VP, Compliance Manager and VP, Compliance and Operational Risk. Additionally, Donna held positions at HSBC, where they worked as the Director of Digital Compliance - Conduct Risk and as a VP, Compliance Project Manager. Donna began their career at ESL Federal Credit Union as a Senior Compliance Manager.

Donna Keatley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with a minor in Pre-Law and History, which they obtained from Nazareth University. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) from the American Bankers Association. Donna also holds a Notary Public accreditation from Livingston County, New York.
