Elvia Soukup has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Elvia has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as a Personal Banker II at Bank of America in 1994. Elvia then joined Union Bank as an Assistant Vice President | Financial Services Officer, where they successfully managed the sales activity and originated small business loans. Elvia also worked at Sterling Equity Mortgage, Inc as a Mortgage Loan Officer, where they originated and sold commercial real estate and residential mortgage loans. At Bank of the West, they served as an Assistant Vice President | Sales Manager, managing the sales team's activity and expanding the business client portfolio. Elvia then joined California Bank & Trust as a Vice President | Relationship Manager II, where they managed and expanded business client portfolios, and generated new business through various channels. Currently, Elvia is working at Manufacturers Bank as a Vice President | Area Manager | Nonprofit, Fiduciary & Trust and Estate Banking Group, managing a team of professionals and working closely with nonprofit organizations, foundations, professional fiduciaries, and attorneys to provide tailored banking products and services.

Elvia Soukup has a diverse education history in the fields of accounting, business administration, finance, and general studies. Elvia completed a Credit Analysis & Business Management program at UCLA Extension, focusing on accounting and business management. Elvia also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from California State University, Los Angeles, with a specialization in business administration and management.
