Ryan Lachapelle

Ryan LaChapelle has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan is currently working as the Executive Director, Head Business Control Officer at Manufacturers Bank. Prior to this, they worked at Union Bank as the Managing Director, Operational Risk Services Lead from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they held the position of Associate Director of Risk & Compliance - FSI Practice at Protiviti from 2015 to 2018. Ryan also worked as a Financial Services Consultant at Team G Capital LLC from 2012 to 2015, and as an REO Real Estate Consultant at G7 Realty, Inc. from 2010 to 2015. Ryan has additional experience in the domains of Wholesale Lending Division at Bank of America from 2007 to 2010, Wholesale Lending Division at Deutsche Bank from 2005 to 2007, Institutional/Wholesale Lending Division at GMAC Bank from 2004 to 2005, Consumer Lending Division at Metrocities from 2002 to 2004, and as an Account Manager (MCI/WorldCom Team) at ADC from 1999 to 2002.

Ryan LaChapelle attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Finance. In April 2018, they also obtained an Operational Risk Management Certificate from The Risk Management Association.
