Sarah Mercado

Sarah comes to Manufacturing Renaissance with 12 years of experience working with youth and their communities to create futures of freedom and fulfillment. Having designed and built a youth foundational work readiness program that launched in Chicago and expanded to two other cities, Sarah is leveraging her operational and program strategy skills to complement the deep experience and knowledge currently on the Career Pathways Services team. Sarah is currently focusing on a data strategy to allow staff to spend less time on reports and more time making a difference with youth. Sarah speaks fluently in Spanish.
