Andrei Ilie

Andrei Ilie is a Senior Research Engineer at MTC - Manufacturing Technology Centre since August 2022, with previous experience as a Lead Engineer at Shield Manufacturing Technologies, where work focused on developing scalable electric motors for low carbon automotive applications. Prior roles include Course Developer at Skill-Lync, creating a 3D printing course, and multiple engineering positions at Jaguar Land Rover, where responsibilities included managing new electric vehicle manufacturing processes and integrating new vehicle platforms into existing production facilities.
