Development and Operations Team

The Development and Operations Team at Manufacturing Works is responsible for creating and executing strategies that support the growth and success of Northeast Ohio's manufacturing sector. This includes overseeing workforce development programs, managing apprenticeship initiatives, facilitating business transitions, and forming strategic partnerships. Team members work closely with manufacturing business owners and key employees to identify challenges and opportunities, delivering tailored solutions to enhance productivity and drive prosperity within the community. They also coordinate efforts through the Cleveland Industrial Retention Initiative (CIRI) to connect businesses with valuable community resources, supporting economic development in Cleveland.
