Andrew Somrack

Andrew Somrack is a Senior Design Engineer at MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network since November 2012, having joined the core engineering team in 2013 as a product engineer. With extensive experience in machine development, product creation, and project management, Andrew applies mechanical expertise to machine assembly, process, and configuration. Prior to MAGNET, Andrew worked at Industrial Mold & Machine from August 2004 to November 2012, serving as a Product Development Engineer and Mold Designer, where responsibilities included solid modeling design of various molds and customer interaction to resolve part design issues. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
