Modhy Mahardika Jufri

Modhy Mahardika Jufri is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Manulife Indonesia since January 2017. With expertise in strategic workforce planning and the development of sustainable operating models, Modhy has played a pivotal role in aligning HR capabilities with business objectives. Previously, Modhy held positions as HR Consultant and Head of Academy, focusing on data integration and analytics to support HR leadership. Earlier experiences include serving as a Research Assistant at the Center for International Law Studies, an editorial role with the Indonesian Journal of International Law, and an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Modhy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Public International Law from the University of Indonesia.
