Harald Gorucan

Harald Gorucan has diverse work experience. Harald started their career at AVL Institut in 2013, working in consultation and sales. In 2014, they joined Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG as the Head of Group HR. After nine years, they established their own company, Gorucan Consulting, specializing in organizational development and change management. In 2023, they will take on the role of Head of Group Human Resources at Merkur Versicherung.

Harald Gorucan pursued their education at FH Joanneum, where they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Ingenieurwesen/Industriemanagement from 2000 to 2004. Harald later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Supply Management from 2005 to 2007, still at FH Joanneum.
